Definently logo #1 - the last one (#2) looks way too cramped - and I like the text in capital letters

Number one, but that might be because number to looks distorted rather than the actual design of it.

It’s because I did it in GIMP, and GIMP does not rotate images very well. I was going to try it in Photoshop, but I will get the website design going next, then maybe try to change the logo one more time.

Well, I finally figured out the awkwardness in #2, it was a setting in GIMP that I needed to change. I went with number 1 for now. I am about 95% done redesigning the homepage, just need to fill in all the content pages (shouldn’t take more than a day).
After that on to my diet site.
